Advent Health’s 28th annual Living in Vitality Conference buzzed with energy as 1,200 women filled the room to celebrate connection, empowerment and a full day of inspiration. With three moving keynotes, 18 lively breakout sessions and incredible music, the day celebrated women embracing their power, style and unique vibes.

A breakout panel featuring women from their 40s to their 80s discuss what they’d tell their younger selves.
Attendees walked away with swag bags and got to explore offerings from a variety of local vendor.

During the keynote session, LIV attendees were invited to write down everything on their minds. At the close of the session, they were encouraged to tear up their papers and toss them into the air—a symbolic gesture of releasing daily pressures. This activity set the tone for the day, inspiring participants to fully embrace the conference experience and dedicate the time to themselves.
