"Bryan did an excellent job from start to finish! Always very professional, yet because he’s also been a family friend for many years it was nice to also be casual and have some fun (when appropriate:). We will recommend him to everyone interested in buying or selling a house. Our nephew already bought one through him and also was very happy with his experience. Thank you Bryan and staff!

We put Bryan to the challenge in our downtown loft search and he delivered in every way possible and then some. Every step of the process was clear and organized. We used Bryan and team for our sale and purchase. Contingent, no issue at all. Bryan can do it!! Plus we had a ton of fun along the way. Here we sit in our dream home. Thanks Bryan and team!

"Every question we had Bryan was out in front of and already knew the answer." Knowledge on the current market conditions 99% (I would have given him a 100 %, but no ones perfect.) Brian missed nothing on my transaction or my son's that he's currently working on. He's such a fine young lad. Plus after you're a customer, he sends chocolates on Valentine's.

Bryan was terrific about removing any stress from my home buying experience. We encountered a multi-offer situation and he was able to negotiate the house while still remaining well below my best offer as well as the original asking price. His recommendations were honest and stood on a firm foundation of a long history of closing, yet was never pushy and would stand behind where I was comfortable. Bryan is a extrovert that is easy to talk to and quickly gains good rapport with opposing agents. He was not self serving and was solely focused on getting me the house I've always wanted. Selecting Bryan was a no-brainer. He is a true entrepreneurial.

Overall great experience working with Bryan and his team to find the perfect home for us! They all communicate easily and effectively and are always willing to help.

Bryan was easy to communicate with and made our first time home buying process a positive and fun experience!

Bryan and his staff are fantastic. Very professional and responsive. Bryan really listened to what I needed and respected my budget. I got a lot of great listings via email and was able to id the ones I wanted to see in person. I got to see a good mix of homes in person that helped me better understand what I really liked and didn’t like. Bryan is a natural relationship builder and deal maker. I feel very confident of the deal I got. Plus - service after the sale! Bryan is a local and has recommended several service providers who are helping convert my 1990s home into a timeless beauty.

First-time homebuyers here. Due to the turbulent times we are living in, purchasing a home seemed like a daunting task. Bryan’s experience and expertise instead made the process enjoyable as he navigated us through all of the steps. As the saying goes, communication is key, and Bryan made himself available for updates and answered our myriad of questions. His network of trusted contacts ensured a smooth transition from searching for a house to closing. Going above and beyond all of our expectations, Bryan managed to find several houses off-market, one of which fit our needs precisely. As two busy professionals with little children and unpredictable schedules, Bryan’s flexibility made everything so much easier for everyone involved. I highly recommend Bryan and certainly recommend him to all of our friends and family!

Bryan did a wonderful job! He was knowledgeable and very responsive. Our schedule is very busy (and we're sure his is too), yet he always made time for us- even on his birthday! He had lots of helpful advice for us and offered great tips about home buying. As first-time home buyers, his experience and flexibility were invaluable when navigating this crazy market. We would highly recommend him to anyone-especially anyone new to the buying process!

Bryan was exactly what I needed! Going into the home buying process I had an idea of what I wanted, but Bryan was able to walk me through the process with ease and turn the idea into reality. He negotiated for me in and was diligent with contacting sellers. He did everything you can ask for in a realtor in such a competitive market. I would highly recommend Bryan for anyone who need an expert realtor and a great friend. Thanks for everything, Bryan!
