Q39 Debuts New Menu & New Chef

With Executive Chef Patrick Peluso now helming the kitchen, Q39 is entering a new chapter. Chef Peluso brings a creative blend of East Coast flair and Midwest tradition, all with a hospitable approach. Expect brisket meatballs, reinvented BBQ nachos, French-inspired salads, even a smoked BBQ cheesesteak. The new menu officially launches April 28.

The new seasonal menu honors Q39’s classic barbecue flavors while introducing some bold new ones. Menu highlights include dry-rub wings tossed in Q39’s signature spice blend, the KC Q’Dog, a rich barbecue sandwich complete with house-made chipotle sausage, and wood-fired Canadian smoked salmon and a texture bomb wedge salad.

For dessert, summer staples like a s’mores sundae and a banana pudding parfait.

The bar is also getting a refresh featuring handcrafted cocktails like the Backyard Peach Tea and a citrusy Bergamot Spritz.
