American Fire coming to the old Fairway Houlihan’s
It’s official, after more than five years the former Houlihan’s in Fairway will have a new restaurant.
The restaurant group W. VinZant Restaurants, who owns popular restaurants Gram & Dun, Louie’s Wine Dive and other local brands will open an upscale American dining concept at the location (2820 W. 53rd St.) called American Fire. The deal was brokered by Dave and Alex Block with Block and Company.
The restaurant plans also call for an updated patio area, according to Fairway city officials.
